Are you ready for out-of-this-world adventure? The aliens have powered up their flying saucers! Electronic space music enhanced with galactic sound effects and multi-color lighting sets the tone for your journey. Once aboard, hang on tight! As we’ve seen, those little guys aren’t the best drivers. They spiral and spin their rockets, launching passengers into space as they try to get captured by the Claw.
Woody’s Lunch Box
All that space travel can make a toy hungry. Not to worry! Andy has turned his lunch box into a quick service snack counter for his pals, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here, Andy’s honorary toys can get their fill of classic American fare like soups and sandwiches, as well as raspberry or chocolate-hazelnut lunch box tarts and specialty beverages like Mystic Portal Punch and root beer floats. If you recall from TOY STORY, the Claw is the aliens’ master, and “The Claw chooses who will go and who will stay.” Claw machines are popular in arcades, shopping malls, theme parks, and even restaurants. Kids and adults alike enjoy the challenge of grabbing that perfect prize.
Today, you can make your own claw machine at home! We found 3 different ones for 3 different skill levels. The first one is pretty simple and requires only Legos and time. The second requires items you probably have around the house, like cardboard, plastic, tape, and small toys. The third requires a little more know-how, some cardboard and toys, and a hydraulic lift kit.
