Did you know this week’s Tiggerific Tuesday Disney Trivia about Disneyland Park’s windows on Main Street, USA?
If you’ve ever strolled along Disneyland Park’s Main Street, USA, you’ve undoubtedly admired some of the Park’s most treasured tributes to those who’ve been instrumental in making this magical land what it is. The famed windows on Main Street, USA, honor folks from many different areas of the Walt Disney Company–and one without whom there never would have been a Walt Disney! Each window is carefully designed to fit its environment, offering clever turns-of-phrase to describe its honoree, and is dedicated in a special ceremony.
Some windows feature (above) Walt’s father Elias Disney, animation director and Imagineer Ken Anderson, and vehicular design Imagineer Bob Gurr, as well as many others including Marvin Davis, Claude Coats, Blaine Gibson, Richard Irvine, and more.
