This past week I was interviewed by Maria Bailey, host of Mom Talk Radio. Although our phone call was abbreviated by technical issues, I was thrilled to be featured on her weekly show. We got to chat a bit about Magical Mouse Schoolhouse, from how it all began to what it has become; the Magical Blogorail; and how you–yes, YOU–can learn while you play with the magic of Walt Disney entertainment.
For those unfamiliar with Mom Talk Radio, the program is the first nationally syndicated radio show for moms. That’s right, the first! It was launched in 2001, long before podcasting, iPods, or online radio became hip. Maria has long had a passion for helping mothers find the answers they need to become better parents and to juggle the tasks of motherhood, and it was this passion that led her to create not only Mom Talk Radio, but its subsequent properties, BlueSuitMom.com, MomSelect.com, SmartMomSolutions.com, MomTV.com, and MommyParties.com, as well. Mom Talk Radio has been recognized in Oprah “O” Magazine, Women’s Day, USA Today and Parenting magazine, and was named one of the best Mom Podcasts by American Baby and Parents.
My interview begins at about the 12-minute mark on Maria’s October 12, 2014, Mom Talk Radio show. You can listen here anytime from any web-accessing device. Simply select the “Mom Talk Radio October 12th 2014” episode. Give it a listen, and let me know below if you have any questions or comments!
P.S. Thank you so much for having me on the show, Maria!
