Disney Destination & Cruise News

There aren’t any exciting new news reports to share with you this week. That’s not to say nothing has been going on.  It’s just been of a more personal nature.  All of our Disney news is centered around preparations for our Disney trip.  Every year when we prepare, changes that have already occurred impact our trip and that’s the news I will share with you today.What has happened since last August at Walt Disney World® Resort? And what will we be sharing via pictures on our Facebook Pages during our trip?

• Disney’s Art of Animation Resort opened all sections this year – the new Little Mermaid section will open right after UFT events end, but we do have agents staying in the rooms immediately and picture will be shared!  We did a hard hat tour before it opened in March and during UFT 2012 we’ll be visiting the Art of Animation food court and sampling their food.  It’s a tough job, but we’re happy to do it for you.
• Storybook Circus opened gradually beginning last spring.  As part of the new Fantasyland Expansion they’ve really taken Dumbo up a notch, adding a whole new set of adorable elephants and making a queue unlike any others we’ve seen before, complete with pagers set to let parents know it’s time to stop playing and take a spin.  We’re

Not only can you meet hundreds of other homeschoolers, you could enjoy the new Fantasyland with us for the first time!  We are all so excited about that it could be an even more exciting year.
