J une concludes in a couple days. That means Christmas is getting closer, lol!

The summer sun has heated things up, so we spent June cyber visiting the Walt Disney World water parks. Did you miss any posts? Dive into them now!

We first chilled at Blizzard Beach, where snowy ski slopes increase the cool factor. Tike’s Peak is the perfect introduction to water activities for the park’s littlest guests with sprayer jets, splash pools, and mild slides. The whitewater raft adventure, Teamboat Springs, plunges the whole family down 1,200 feet of cascading waterfalls, and Ski Patrol Training Camp offers intermediate slides and activity courses for your big kids who aren’t quite big enough to brave the thrill slides.

We then ventured over to Typhoon Lagoon just in time for a real tropical storm to pass over the area. Our wonderful assistant Tiffany has joined us again this summer and shared her personal experience of swimming Shark Reef. She also gave us a look at Mount Mayday’s Storm Slides. We braved the rapids of Gang Plank Falls as well, and stopped by Typhoon Lagoon’s Ketchakiddee Creek to see what they have to offer little swimmers.

Earn Your E.A.R.S. is on summer break and will resume in August. You can sign your kids up at any time, though, or read more about the program here.

Our Tiggerific Tuesday blog hop has ended. Thanks to all who hopped with us each week! We are running a new Time Warp Tuesday feature throughout the summer and hope you enjoy flashing back in time to revisit some of our favorite posts. We’re also proud to present the weekly Disney Destination and Cruise News that will publish each Tuesday highlighting what’s new and neat in Disney travel. (That feature did not run this week, because its author was celebrating a special birthday. She’ll return July 3, though, with exciting new tips!)

Of course, we ran Wordless Wednesday pics each week. I don’t know about you, but I enjoy those! The magic of Disney speaks even without words, doesn’t it?

We also hosted GIVEAWAYS! We partnered with One Great Thing to offer 2 custom tie dye T-shirts. Gorgeous shirts! Now, here’s something you’ll want to note: GIVEAWAY WEDNESDAY is moving to FRIDAYS for the remainder of the summer (maybe permanently), beginning TOMORROW! Who’ll be the first GIVEAWAY FRIDAY winner??? We’ll also be partnering with two other companies to bring you more cool stuff, so stay tuned for details!

Today’s Takeaway:
Take time to read through posts you may have missed the first time around. Be sure to leave us comments and let us know if you like what you see here or if you have any questions or suggestions. We love to hear from you!

One more thing, we’d like to express POOH SIZED THANKS to all who voted for us in the Circle of Moms Top 25 Homeschooling Mom blogs contest. We DID finish in the Top 25 with final placement at #15. Thank you so much for your continued support!
